My best friend Emily is in the hospital for toxemia. She is only at 7 months in her pregnancy with baby Jack and the doctors are determining right now whether to deliver him today or not. Please pray for comfort and peace for Emily and her husband Jesse, as well as safety for their baby. Thank you.
My Dad, Gene, was taken to emergency regarding a heart problems. Not sure what is going on yet but Dad is a diabetic and cardiac issue run in the family.

This is an update on my previous post about the boy at my school with a brain tumor. He had surgery last Thursday, and they were able to remove 90% of the tumor. Good news! I visited him in the hospital last night with another teacher from my school (who has this boy in her class). He is healing well, but still has a long way to go. He will be having surgery again on Monday to put it in a port for chemotherapy for treatment. Please continue to pray for him and his family!!

Please pray for Louie Alier had surgery Thursday morning and had to go back into emergency surgery this afternoon at St. Peters Hospital.
Please pray for Louie Alier my brother-in-law-- He's going in for another surgery tonight as he's had an elevated heart rate since his surgery yesterday that removed an 8" tumor (still waiting for biopsy) from his colon area. They did CT scan and see fluid which they are concerned it might be from nicking something. Pray his heart stays strong and my sister Theresa is calmed knowing the Lord has Louie in his hands...and pray it will all be okay!
I just found out that one of the kids at my school has a tumor. He's been really sick on and off the last few weeks, with really bad headaches. I don't know much more than that, but he (and his family) definitely needs prayer. He's in kindergarten. I have his little brother in my Pre-K class.
My friend, Karen Velderrain, has just undergone extensive surgery for cancer and will soon begin chemo therapy.She and Samuel have 2 children and have been dedicated Christians for several years. This was just diagnosed about 2 weeks ago. Thank you for lifting them up!
