I just want to thank our Lord Jesus for getting us through these last few days and ask him to bless and keep from injury, those who are working so hard to get the power back on. I pray that everyone is safe and has shelter from the snow and rain. I am grateful once again that we live in a country where power outages are few and far between.
Thank you for your prayers. I came home from the hospital today. It was determined after many tests that I did not have a heart attach and that my heart seems to be pretty healty. This I thank God for and I thank God for my family at New Bridge Community Church.
My friends father has been experiencing very unusual symptoms of confusion, loss of memory, immobility, since knee surgery last week. He was re-admitted to the hospital today as symptoms grew worse to find he had a UTI and now renal failure. My dear friend and her mom are scared, confused, and exhausted. Please help me lift them up in prayer. Thank you!
JoAnn Bower is asking for prayer. She was taken to the ER this afternoon with a suspected heart attack. They are keeping her overnight for observation and to run some tests. She has not yet been assigned to a room.
My 90 days are up with my new job and my boss made a surprise visit today to the job site I was at to evaluate me. She said that she is not sure I am a good fit for the job still. I have worked very hard to become a good fit for the job and work with the other employees. I really like working with them. I love the work. It is hard and very different. Please pray for me and God's will in this situation. I do need the job. But if not at this clinic maybe that another one in the company will open up for me. So please don't let this close any doors. I need so much prayer here I am so lost on what God is doing here.
I know God may have other plans, and I will trust Him if He does. My prayer request, however, is that my house would sell. It has been listed for 3 months and, financially, I really need it to sell. Along with this, there could be major cuts at work which would be financially devastating for me as a single mother. Again, I will trust God with whatever happens, but I would appreciate prayer that my department would be spared.
Praying for my brother-in-law, Louie Alier. Surgery is planned at St. Pete's to remove a cancerous tumor from his intestines...possibly today, & no later than Monday. Please pray the surgeons get everything, so he can return to himself. He doesn't not wish for any visitors, but your prayers would be so appreciated. He's been such a blessing to our family.
